- Vishay CS1x Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifiers provide low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. These rectifiers have matte tin plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22-B102 in low profile DO-214AC (SMA) package. CS1x rectifiers are RoHS compliant and meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, and LF maximum peak of 260°C. Applications include rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication.
