- VOW Family Optocouplers and IGBT/MOSFET Driver
- Vishay VOW Family Optocouplers and IGBT/MOSFET Driver consist of a GaIAIs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photo detector. An integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation, required by high power switching applications. The VOW Family optocouplers are designed for welding equipment, motor drivers, solar inverters, and more.

- Vishay VOW137 & VOW2611 High Speed Optocoupler are 10MBd widebody optocopulers that consist of a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photo detector. The detector incorporating an integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation, required by high power switching applications. The VOW137 & VOW2611 feature a high level of isolation distance, exhibiting an external creepage distance of >10mm. The optocouplers are ideal for applications with working voltages exceeding 1000V.
